I'm using the Firefly RK3288 board and I'm needing an stress tool for this GPU.

Is there any stress tool that can work on this GPU?

    I don't know of a specific one, but presuming you have Linux on your firefly, then piglit looks good. You're probably just looking for an Arm Linux OpenGL ES gpu stress tester, so further web searches may provide more options.
