Mali GPU T760 performance issues

I have asus twinker board

Processor rockchip 3288 SoC , Gpu Mali T 760 gpu... But OpenCL gpu performance too bad I want help how can I increase?

OpenCL Gpu frequency showing only 5 mhz.

But my Gpu max frequency 650 mhz..
