SCP,TFA,U-boot and linux kernel boot Issue

I'm wondering if there are any FVP platforms that can support booting SCP, TFA, U-Boot, and the Linux kernel simultaneously. If such platforms exist, could you please let me know? d It would also be helpful if you could provide the relevant download links.
