Does anyone know any CoreSight SoC-600 supported ARM development kit other than Arm MPS3 FPGA platform? I prefer cheaper options.

I'm not sure about any other CoreSight SoC-600 supported ARM development kits, but have you considered looking into the Raspberry Pi or Arduino boards? They are relatively affordable options that may meet...
