How to Activate Arm DS Studio for Intel SOC FPGA License

Hi,

I just purchased a fixed license for Arm DS Studio for Intel SOC FPGA  (~$1,000) after my current license expired. I have received the License Activation Code # from Intel but I cannot activate the license through the Arm website. None of the links for activating the license on the webite work. I don't know what to do. I need to get that license activated so that I can compile my projects again. Any suggestions on how to get that license activated?
