When i try to add a license to the ARM ds-5 v5.29.1, i get the error " Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect".
I found some earlier threads aoubt the same issue and it seems to be a problem on ARM's side.
Can you do something to restore the service.

when i try togin in the link you sent me (with the email address and passowrd of my arm account on which i have the license ) i get this message "Your account is almost set up, however, before you can use it, we need to review the details to comply with export regulations. This can take up to 5 working days. If after 5 working days you are not able to log in, let us know using onlinesupport@arm.com.".
it has been long time that i havent login with that account. could you please fix this?
