what ARM development boards with 20-Pin Cortex Debug + ETM connector or Mictor connector?

Hi All,

I want to buy a ARM development board with 20-Pin Cortex Debug + ETM connector or Mictor connector. The purpose is I can use it to test the trace function with

DSTREAM for studying. Please list as many as development board you know. So I can compare and choose. Thanks very much.

  • Hi Tony,

There are a myriad of boards out there, but I don't know of a single comprehensive list. Are you looking at a specific CPU type? One that may be of interest is the MPS2+ platform, which is FPGA based, allowing you to swap different Cortex-M processors to compare performance etc..

  • Hi Ronan,

Thanks for your reply.  Yeah, I checked the MPS2+ platform. It meets my need. But I found some functions such as touch screen, audio and VGA are not needed by me. I'm interested in network. Cutting down these function can cost down. Do you know if there are boards without these functions but still keep 20-Pin Cortex Debug + ETM connector or Mictor connector? I don't care if the board is prototyping board or not. BTW, if the board is with two Ethernet ports , it would be best(But trace function is the primary consideration)

    Best regards,

    Tony

  • Hi Tony,

Sorry, that is a very broad request. If you can find a suitable device for your needs, I'm sure there is an associated development board for that chip. Unfortunately Arm does not offer anything directly.
