Learn more about secure, safe and reliable systems

On June 20th, two Arm experts will be presenting the latest news for safety and security. Join  (Senior Product Manager, Arm) for top tips for accelerating IoT device deployment, with the help of Arm’s secure IoT subsystems. You can also join  (Director System Technology, Arm), who will be speaking about redundant execution for performant high-integrity systems.

Join both speakers on June 20th, 13:30 – 15:00 in Ballroom G

An update on CCIX

Join  on Wednesday where he'll be talking about the CCIX Consortium and how you can maximize multichip acceleration system performance with CCIX. This talk will dive into how new CCIX IP technology from Arm and Cadence can be used to by SoC designers to create high performance server solution or an optimized acceleration end-points such as FPGAs, GPUs, network/storage adapters, intelligent networks and custom ASICs.

Join Jeff on June 20th at 10:30 at the Cadence Booth

Live from the Chip Estimate booth

Experts from Arm and Cadence will also be live on the Chip Estimate booth, with news on the latest ways we are working together to accelerate IoT.  Join Simon Rance (Arm), Mike Eftimakis (Arm), Carl Hudson (Cadence) each morning for the low down on how you can assemble many different IP components, ensuring that your solution is as optimal (taking in account power, performance, area and security).

Join the team on Monday at 10AM, plus Tuesday & Wednesday at 10:30AM

Functional safety for advanced silicon IP

If you want to hear about the latest on functional safety, join Andrew Hopkins on Monday at 11AM. He will be presenting live from the Synopsys stand and will take a look at the key aspects surrounding development of safe IP. Learn more about functional safety in our recent blog post!

One-to-one chats in the DAC poster sessions

Want more details on Arm tooling solutions, redundant execution or IoT subsystems? Mike Eftimakis, Andrew Hopkins and Simon Rance will all be on hand in the DAC poster sessions for more technical discussions.

Join the Arm speakers at 6PM on June 20th, on the exhibit floor!

Overcoming the Challenges of Creating Custom SoCs for IoT

Join this panel with industry experts (Jeff Miller – Mentor, Mike Eftimakis – Arm and John Tinson – Sondrel) to learn more about the challenges of creating custom SoCs. The panel will explore various options and viable solutions to help designers innovate and to provide unprecedented services to the personal, industrial, and societal levels.

Watch the panel at the Mentor Booth on Monday, June 19th at 4:00PM or at the Chip Estimate Theater on Wednesday June 21, 1:30 – 2:00 PM.

How fast can you assemble IP? Your chance to win a Fitbit!

This year Arm and Cadence have collaborated to bring you a demo, showcasing the future of SoC design. Together we will be demonstrating Arm Socrates and the Cadence Interconnect Workbench, providing a coherent tool flow from IP configuration through to SoC verification. Try your luck at using the IP blocks to build your own SoC, if you’re the fastest you’ll be the proud owner of a new Fitbit!

Visit the Arm at Booth #729 & Cadence at Booth #107 to learn more.

Looking to differentiate your product by integrating analog and processor functionality in a custom chip?
