About Marten van Hulst

Marten van Hulst has over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry.
He has held various technical and consulting positions at Lucent Technologies, Intel and Philips in the fields of formal property verification, hardware development and asynchronous -clockless- hardware. Since joining Intrinsic ID in 2009 as Principal Hardware Engineer, he has been responsible for both coordinating hardware development activities as well as hands-on design, prototyping, verification and customer integration. In 2017 Marten moved to Business Development where his focus is on creating new opportunities for the application of Physically Unclonable Function (PUF) technology.
Marten holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science at the Radboud University of Nijmegen and a Ph.D. on Formal Methods at Utrecht University, Netherlands.
