Hi! My name is Ilias and I am a Senior Research Engineer in Arm. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the university of Patras in Greece, and a Master’s degree in embedded software systems from the University of Aalborg in Denmark. I am also about to finish my PhD, which was also done through a collaborative project between Arm and the university of Southampton. My PhD research was on ways to improve heterogeneous system performance, efficiency and security.
Passionate about all aspects of technology! My current ventures focus around system level design and more specifically studying future non-volatile memory technologies. In my past life I worked with autonomous underwater vehicles in a robotics company. I was also a founding member of the Debating Society of Greece, a non-profit promoting critical thinking and free speech.
