About Divya Prasad

Divya is a senior research engineer in Arm research. She belongs to the Device-Circuits-Systems (DCS) skill group and her research focuses on enabling future CMOS and beyond CMOS technologies in the Arm ecosystems. She obtained her doctoral degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in Electrical and Computer Engineering and her research focus was on device-technology co-optimization. Prior to this, she has worked with Intel for 2 years on integrated GPU design.
