Divya is a senior research engineer in Arm RSH. As a part of the Device-Circuits-Systems skill group, her role is to evaluate, enable and optimize new/beyond CMOS technologies in the Arm ecosystem. Currently, her focus is to push the bounds of compute by taking advantage of low-temperature CMOS physics and novel circuit techniques for such.
