Dibakar is a member of the ARM ML research group, working on developing neural network compression techniques (compact network architectures, quantization, low-rank matrix factorization) for already constrained CV and NLP networks. Before joining ARM, Dibakar received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
