Anna Malan (Specialist, Community & Inclusion) runs Arm's employee community engagement program, Team Arm.
Anna has a background in the not-for-profit sector and, before joining Arm, worked for the University of Cambridge. Anna is Community & Inclusion Specialist at Arm Ltd, Cambridge, where she runs Arm’s employee community engagement program, Team Arm. This involves enabling everyone at Arm to use their skills, passion and expertise to create positive change in their communities and contribute to the Global Goals for Sustainable Development. Through Team Arm, employees at Arm are able to get involved with education outreach activities with the strategic aims of closing the STEM skills gap and encouraging more young people – especially girls - to pursue STEM careers.
