Anand (member IEEE and SSCS since 2011) received the degree in ECE from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, in 2008, and the masters degree in microelectronics from the University of Liverpool. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the ECS Group, University of Southampton, with a focus on custom and analog-assisted circuits for IoT platforms and energy harvesting applications. He has been with the Devices, Circuits and Systems Group, Arm Research, developing low power custom circuits for Arm embedded and applications processors. He received the Sir Robin Saxby Award from the University of Liverpool in 2010. He has published over 16 peer-reviewed papers in these areas and holds over 14 granted patents.
