    When I try to execute the Blinky program

    On menu, select Debug -> Start/Stop Debug Session

    I get a dialog box:

    JLink - Cortex-M Error

    No Cortex-M Device found in JTAG chain.

    Please check the JTAG cable and the connected devices.
