MDK535 Keil uVision5 crashs at start up

I cannot use MDK 535 Keil uVision 5 after using the NuMicro ICP Programming Tool.

When I open the exe. file, it crashes during startup.

Could you please tell me the cause and countermeasures?

    In your screenshot, your MDK uVision doesn't seem to be crashed. 

    Note that if you are using Flex floating license, and your PC for some reason cannot connect to your flex floating license server, MDK uVision will appear to be hanging for quite some time.
