uVision cannot find Renesas RA configuration in Manage Run-Time Environment

Hi I have installed  RASC (Renesas Smart configuration Software) after I installed uVision and when I try to launch I get the following

The bat file (rasc_version.bat) doesn't exist 

Can anybody point towards a solution ?   or give me the contents of the bat file so I can mod ?
