GPIO Fast Interface doesn't appear in the menu

I'm very new in uvision 5. My question is why the peripherals menu doesn't have the GPIO Fast Interface? Isn't related to the packs installer or some other factors? My aim is to figure out why there is no GPIO Fast Interface.
