do keil4 and keil 5 have limitation

hi im just now installed a free version of keil 4 and keil 5, while searching for basic tutorial i found in one forum that the keil 5 have limitation like only 30kb of program size can be loaded to controller is that true and if it is true is that limitation is also for keil4

Of course the free versions have limitations. You should be able to see full details at http://www2.keil.com/mdk5/editions/lite once Keil/ARM have fixed the site:
