UVSOCK: Change SN in J-Link/J-Trace Adapter settings

Hello Community, 

At the moment im writing a Interface to communicate with keil uvision out of a c# application by using UVSOCK. 
(https://www.keil.com/appnotes/docs/apnt_198.asp)

So far all works fine, but now i have to make a few changes in the J-Link/J-Trace settings. For example Change the SN:.
(GUI way: OptionsForTarget->Debug->settings->Debug->SN:)

As far as i can see no function is provided by UVSOCK to change settings here. 
But maybe someone has already come a cross a similar problem and has found a solution or i missed a function which is able to do this and u can tell me ?
