Hello All, I have a few small projects and I want to choose the right model to work on it. Can anyone tell me which one is better RAD or Agile model to work in the SDLC cycle?

Surely, if there were one answer to this, then everyone would be doing that.
Clearly, that is not the case - so you're just going to have to do your own research and decide which best fits with whatever your specific requirements, constraints, experience, etc.

SDLC is the best for small scale projects and big scale projects, I will prefer to go with RAD Model. Read here the complete details:

"SDLC" just stands for Software Development Life Cycle; every single Software Development project has a Life Cycle - it has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with what models or methods you use!
