Debugger aborted !Incorrect license ID code (LIC) in 'TOOLS.INI'

Hello,

I am using KEIL floating license and I tried to launch debug session my project. I can build the project and load it into development kit.

However, The following error message appears when I start  debug session. I would be really appreciated if you can help me to solve this problem.
