Any way for using MDK5.30 LTE and MDK5.30 for STM32F0 serial

To begin the learning of STM32F0 and STM32F1,I apply for the license to use MDK5.30 for STM32F0 Serial.

But when I install the license, the keil couldn`t  install the pack of the STM32F1 serial, and couldn`t support the building of little project for STM32F1 serial.
