NUCLEO-L432KC, no ST-Link detected

I have a NUCLEO-L432KC with STM32L432KCU6 bought last year, it was working at that time and I'm able to flash program with Keil uvision.

And it suddenly appears error that "no st-link device detected" when I try to use it this week.

I tried to use the STM upgrade to fix it like I have done to it before to fix this problem, but the same error message pop out.

When I check the device manager, the device shows as "USB Serial Device(COM5)" and "ST-Link Debug" shows in other devices.

Now, the green LED LD3 of my board keeps blinking when I connect it with the micro usb.

Can anyone tell me how to fix it?
