Hello
I have seen many job offers for firmware engineers or other low level variants in the world of embedded that require you to know keil ide.
Why would this be so important? What does keil have that others may not have? I'm surprised knowing how to work with This ide is part of the requirements, is it that much more complicated than any other ide ( like choose composer studio from ti, that I really like)?

There's a clue in the name, there!
Code Composer Studio is TI's IDE for use with their products - so it's clearly not a choice for any of the vast number of non-TI products!
