Embedded - why is keil ide so popular?

Hello

I have seen many job offers for firmware engineers or other low level variants in the world of embedded that require you to know keil ide.

Why would this be so important? What does keil have that others may not have? I'm surprised knowing how to work with This ide is part of the requirements, is it that much more complicated than any other ide ( like choose composer studio from ti, that I really like)?

    IMHO Keil IDE is so popular because :
    1. Is one of the firsts that came to the market
    2. Is very intuitive, shortening the learning curve
    3. The compiler is one of the bests. ( This isn`t IDE but contributes to fame ).
    4. It`s very easy to use, though has limitations that many others had overcome yet.
