I want to connect bluenrg-2 module with mobile using BLE and send data from module to mobile and get back the acknowledgment from mobile that it received data. I am using the nrfConnect app to detect the device and connect it. How to do this.?

You will have to study the "bluenrg-2 module" documentation for instructions.

Why?
As the name suggests, nRF Connect is made by Nordic Semiconductor as a development tool for use with their devices.
BlueNRG is an ST product - nothing to do with Nordic!
While, of course, the BLE protocols are all standardised - so this can work - you will make your like a whole lot easier if you stick with the tools that ST provide for use with their products and, doubtless, refer to in their documentation.
