I am New to arm so i need u help
I am trying to configure GPTM14 and do the pin toggle at PF9 , I am not getting any errors in the code but the led is not toggling , i checked with the CRO as well the pin always Low

pls let me know where i have made the mistake
Is the GPIO Pin PF09 configured for output? It looks like GPIO Init only turns on the clocks for the GPIO. It does not seem to configure any GPIO.
Cube hides things, perhaps look in MSP files.
Perhaps check in debugger that IRQ Handler is hit, and that GPIO, RCC and TIM registers are correct via Peripheral Views
