I have seen some confusing information posted regarding "ADuC debug" using the Accutron "Spear" and "Uspear" products.
Quick history to clarify:
======= 1. ACE ======= # the first single pin debugger from accutron. # connection to PC via the serial port. # Accutron Debugger: ACE # no longer sold. = = = = ======== 2. Spear ======== # The ACE was replaced by the "spear". # Added Support for single cycle devices ADuC84x family. # Low Cost. # connected again to the PC via serial port. # No longer sold due to European Lead free regulations. # uVision Driver: www.accutron.com/.../Keil-spear.zip
# Accutron Debugger: Aspire V1.x.x download www.accutron.com/.../Aspire_V1_0_7.zip = = = = ========= 3. USpear ========= # "Spear" was replaced by the current debugger "USpear", see " href= "http://www.accutron.com/products/downloads/USPEAR_Keil.zip">www.accutron.com/.../USPEAR_Keil.zip
# Accutron Debugger: Aspire V2.x.x download www.accutron.com/.../Aspire_V2_0_3.zip = = = =

"I have seen some confusing information posted ..."
Was there a Keil-related question hidden somewhere in your post?
"Was there a Keil-related question hidden somewhere in your post?"
Was there, in fact, any question at all hidden in the post?!
No, I would guess the post was for information only.
It is related to Keil products, though, because of the link to the emulator drivers for uVision.
Yes, I noticed the fact that Accutron has a uLink driver. But I failed to notice any question.
