Where are you located? You need to contact the distributor that has supplied the EPM900.
I am getting the message "Bootloader ID: Get ID failed!" in the EPM900 debug options. - disconnect the EPM900 from USB
- select the internal RC as clock source:

Options->Debug->Use EPM900 -> Settings -> Oscillator -> Internal RC
Oscillator

- after about 10 seconds reconnect EPM900
- check the EPM900 in µVision:

Options->Debug->Use EPM900 -> Settings

If both serial number and Bootloader ID are displayed, invalid clock source has been the cause of the problem. If the Bootloader ID fails, there is a problem with the Bondout chip and it needs to be replaced to fix the problem.
