Hi, I've a keil Ulink2 vers.2 I do not know why but I've the RESET wire always at ground so it takes my board always on reset. Help me please.

Thanks for your reply, I followed all step and I can see the IDCODE of my micro controller but still maintain the reset line at ground.. It's possible that ulink2 microprocessor has the port that make RESET stuck?.
So is the ULINK holding the RESET/NRST to ground, or your micro-processor or board implementation?
If you remove the JTAG cable does the pin magically go high, and the processor run, or what?
Do you think it might help if you're a lot more specific about the chip and board you're having this problem with?
Is this with an official ULINK, or a boot-leg one? Is the cable correctly orientated? Is the board using a correctly implemented JTAG connector?
also, which chip do you use, some have reset high, some have reset low
