I am using packs for the STM32F411CEU and I2C_STM32F4xx.c and
OTG_FS_STM32F4xx.c have bugs.

How do I modify these packs?

Hello V R,

first of all, could you please send you findings to our support
(support.intl@keil.com) so that we can check if there are really bugs
in the Pack?
Apart from that, you will find the Packs in your MDK installation,
for example C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Pack\Keil\STM32F4xx_DFP\version. Below
that you will find all files that are used in the Pack. You can
easily modify them (remove the read-only flag first). After the
modification, you need to reload the Packs in uVision using Project
-> Manage -> Reload Software Packs to make the tool aware of
the changes.

Kind regards,

Christopher
