I got a project using the XE167-96F and the Easy Kit. I decided to
try simulating the application using Keil&amp;#39;s IDE (cuz my hardware
became unavailable). When I load the application to debug (CTL-F5),
the PC is set $8000 and not $c00000.

I don&amp;#39;t know your particular chip; the best I can offer is that it
is simply not supported.&lt;/p&gt;
