High Temperature microprocessor

Do any of you know of any type of high temperature microprocessors (200C)? The only thing that I have found is the Honeywell HT83C51. I would prefer a 16 bit or 32 bit but an 8 bitter is acceptable if we can program the device. The HT83C51 is mask only.
We have googled and fired off emails to the most notable vendors with no immediate results ( 2 days).
Any help is appreciated.

  • It could turn out that there is no reprogrammable memory technology for 200C.
It appears that HT83C51 supports external program memory. You could use a PROM emulator for development, and a proper PROM for production, provided a suitable high-temperature PROM exists. Maybe, the fuse PROM type?
