I'm programming with Keil since 2 months and until now I've never
had a problem. But now the JTAG connection for my XC164CM does not
want to work.

These are the error requests I get, when I want to change
something in the DAS Debug Settings:

I'm using USB-Wiggler from Hitex wit Infineon's Device Access
Server (DAS).
Yesterday I was abel to start debuging. I Programmed the Flash over
J-Tag an then trayed to load the Software on pressing the debugg
button. First tray it allways faild. With a second tray it mostly
worked.
With the ULink it just didn't worked out.

I just have a simelar behaivoir. Some times on connecting for a
debug sesion it won't work. It didn't help to reset the target or
unplug and replug the usb-wiggler. Just rebooting of the pc
helped.
Has somone more experience?
