I am having problem with EPM900. Whenever I am starting debugging using EPM900 I am getting message &amp;quot;EPM 900 Boot Loader not running.&amp;quot;

There was some pins with oxidation in PLCC socket of bondout device. The EPM900 was stored in bad environment.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I solved this by (carefully) removing the bondout controller from socket, cleaning contacts with alcohol and returning it back.
