I am trying to put the STM32F103C8 controller or Bluepill board into the debugging mode but i am only able to flash the board. Even the tutorials i found mainly are arduino base where only flashing of the hex to board is done.i am using Keil to programme and debug the device . please help me out i am struck on this from days.

I am having both ST-LINK V2(USB STICK) AND ST-LINK/V2 ISOL .currently i am flashing the board by selecting Boot 0 using stlink v2(usb stick).IDE is Keil. i even set the bits for the selection of SWD debug. link for the board that i purchased: robokits.co.in/.../stm32f103c8t6-system-board-single-chip-core-board-stm32-arm
