Hello everyone,

>>somebody please explain me and how to solve this
issue?

Review the data sheet for your NAND device very carefully, then
analyze and log your interactions with the NAND device. You might do
this through instrumenting your code, or using a logic analyzer on
the pin interface.

Pay particular attention to the commands and status reported by
the NAND device during your read, erase and write sequences. Review
how you manage large erase blocks, and the adding or changing smaller
blocks of data within them.

>>Waiting for reply,anybody please help.

Consider hiring colleagues with experience, or seek assistance
from your supervisor.
