Does anyone use ULINK2 for SWD on 1.8V level? my DUT requires to
work with both 1.8V and 3V level.
IO line for Ulink2 mentioned as in 2.7V to 5.5V.
Do we need level translator for this?

Yes - it's mentioned here: http://www.keil.com/ulink2/

And stated in the specifications here: http://www.keil.com/ulink2/specs.asp

So where is the doubt? What is unclear?

Have you looked at this: http://www.keil.com/ulink_access/iso_adapter.asp

Or the uLink-Pro does 1.2 - 3.3 V: http://www.keil.com/ulinkpro/specs.asp
