can somebody tell me header file for at91sam3s1a?
also what shud i do to include at89s52 in keil uvision4?

at91sam3s1a and at89s52 requires two totally different toolsets (MDK-ARM and C51), the fact that both uses uVision as the IDE is irrelevant

also what shud i do to include at89s52 in keil uvision4?

Try inserting it first. If you have difficulty, try forcing it in with a hammer.
