> I got trouble when I write and read PCF8582 EEPROM with
MCB2300 board using I2C.

> I have LPC2368 processor in MCB2300 board.

> I use I2C1 interface for read and write EEPROM.

> I got different characters other than in EEPROM.

First of all thanks for cooperate.'>' means nothing. I used
only at new line. Sorry for misunderstanding. I use UM10211 mannual
for understanding I2C interface. Anything wrong with my code or not.
Please suggest.

> What's with all the '>' prefix characters
> on each line?
>
> Does this mean you've also posted the same questoin
elsewhere?
> If so, provide a link - so that people can see what's already
been said...

"Should i require the external pullup resistor"

The processor Datasheet will tell you that...

Have you looked at examples, application notes, etc provided by
the manufacturer?
