"I am a novice in this. Please i will be happy if i can get like a reference code on it."
Then you will just be a novice with some code. How will you understand it? What will you do with it?
It's like saying, "I want to drive across the country. I don't know how to drive. Please give me a car"
If you're a novice, you need to start by learning the basics.

Essential reading for starting with the 8051:

These 3 form the so-called "bible" for the 8051: www.classic.nxp.com/.../80C51_FAM_PROG_GUIDE_1.pdf www.classic.nxp.com/.../80C51_FAM_HARDWARE_1.pdf www.classic.nxp.com/.../80C51_FAM_ARCH_1.pdf
Apart from what can be judged by the style of the post, do we know anything about the skills of the OP?
Something could quite legitimately be added to your rather poor example:
It's like saying, "I want to drive across the country. I don't know how to drive. Please give me a car so I can take the first step and arrange some lessons"
Yes, it does happen. My son recently asked me something very similar!
A person can consider themself a novice in a subject, even after reading through all the relevant specifications and datasheets. Sample code (from a manufacturer for example) can be the catalyst needed to trigger deeper understanding.
