Dear all,

Thanks for all, My qutions towards replies

I want to design a current limiting circuit (IC based)
Speck for that design:
Input:25,+/-1V
Output:24V
Imax:160mA or 0.16A
Output Powewr:4 Watts,

application of above circuit is

RE: Current liiting circuit for ULN2803A IC

What does that have to do with Keil?

Input:25,+/-1V
Output:24V
so, at Vi min (24V) you want a current limiter with no voltage
drop?
next are you going to post about a perpetuum mobile?
