My Controller is MK10N512VLQ

when i have done programing and code Restarts

The RESET pin goes like 40us high and 10us low and it is toggling
continuoslly. This is observed in number of Microcontrollers.

Broken external oscillator...? Did you try starting up using the
internal one?

I have gone Through the manual, but i didnt find information
regarding it thats why i have asked.
it says it is because of Hardware error kernel creating this

but i did not find the source of error

By the way - you have enough stable supply voltage so you don't
suffer any brownout auto-reset directly the processor starts to
run?

Code execution has not reached upto void main().
and i also tried to debug it but it is not possible.
u can see that
the RESET pin Low Time is only 10 microseconds.
and RESET pin High Time is only 40 microseconds.
So,it is doing reset i think in bootloader code.

Have you disabled the watchdog (or do you service it)?

Watchdog overflow can be the reason for this behavior since it can
also assert external RESET pin.
