I am new to keil,just give me some basic idea about initilizations involved.
Sorry, but there are thousands of different ARM chips out there. It isn't "Keil" but the specific chip (and your requirements) that specifies what initialization that is required.
The datasheet and/or user manual - and the sample programs and application notes available from Keil or the chip manufacturer - will give you more than just "basic ideas" about what is needed. Have you looked?
