I'm using a Cypress CY7C68013A on their CY3684/3674 EZ-USB
Advanced Development Board. If I change the 8051's clock rate from
48MHz to either 24MHz or 12MHz the Keil debugger stops. I am trying
to determine if a slower clock rate would reduce the noise

RE: Clock rate required for debugger on CY3684 EZ-USB

When the core clock is changed, the baudrate of the serial port
for the Keil monitor is also altered.
For 48MHz core clock (default), the baudrate is 38,400. For 24MHz,
it's 19,200, and 12MHz, 9,600
