Remember: people reading this forum know absolutely nothing
whatsoever about you or your project - apart from what
you provide explicitly in your post.

Therefore you need to think very carefully about you
post, and take care to ensure that you clearly and
precisely describe:

* what you are trying to achieve;

* what equipment (including software) you are using;

* what you have done so far;

* what results you are getting;

* what results you were expecting;

* what you have done to account for any discrepancy.

Before posting any source code, be sure to read the instructions
carefully: www.danlhenry.com/.../keil_code.png

Don't manually re-type the code into the post - use only
copy-and-paste;

Note that TABs don't work (well) - use spaces instead.

Finally, before pressing the 'Post' button, use the
'Preview' to review your post carefully - asking yourself,
"will anyone understand this from the post alone without any other
information?"

"board that is from OLIMAX board no STR-E912 (red
colour)"

Do you mean "Olimex" ?

"I have configured UART0 for GAM modem interface"

What is a "GAM modem"?

Do you mean "GSM"?

How have you configured it? How are you sure that the
configuration is correct?

"when I debug I get the response"

What do you mean by that - what response? from where?
How are you "debugging"?

"when I connect the modem to the uart 0 it gives Timeout
error"

What, exactly, gives the "timeout error"?

"does the board have any problem"

For specific problems about specific products, you should ask the
manufacturer - ie, Olimex in this case.

Or, provide a link giving full details of the board - and you
would also need to give full details of your setup

"what may be the problem"

It is impossible to say from the confused and incomplete
information that you have provided!
