Hi All,
We are using LPC2388 in our project but we are not able to program/erase it neither via JTAG nor via serial, whereas we are able to do it on Keil's MCB2388 board.
We copied the schematic from Keil MCB2388 board.
In our board we have soldered only LPC2388 with all decoupling capacitors and both crystals & its capacitors same as used in Keils board. Also DBGEN is pulled high to 3.3V
can anybody suggest me if I am missing something or is there any port/pin which should be high/low during programminng

Do you have pull-up resistors (10k to 100k)on the JTAG lines TMS, TDI, TRST, and TCLK?
