It doesn&amp;#39;t matter if you pay or not. The 8051 processor is similar
to the processor in the keyboard of your PC. Or similar to the
processor in your PC mouse. There is a huge difference between a PC
and the kind of equipment you find 8051 processors in. So don&amp;#39;t try
to write PC-class programs for an 8051.&lt;/p&gt;

There is no .Net (not even the micro framework) for the 51
architecture.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
The 51 architecture is completely unsuited to .Net - you will at
least require an ARM7...&lt;/p&gt;
