I am new to 8051 devices I have work with microchip before. Is
there any bootloader that I can use? I am using Cast, Inc R80515
core(nordic nRF24LE1).

The 8051 architecture itself has no way to write to CODE space;
therefore the only way to do this is to rely upon chip-specific
features.

Therefore you need to ask Cast and/or Nordic about this...
